Lately

This post is a hodgepodge of picture randomness from the last month. They were all taken with my phone, hence the lack of true picture quality. I have found myself in the midst of the busiest holiday season to date. Quick pics here and there seem to work for now! Enjoy the Christmas Blog makeover! Lots of love! Jenn
Yes, we finally got the tree up last weekend! Happy to say it's not going too badly. I thought Luke would just immediately destroy it, but he's been selective in his ornament shattering and branch breaking. Oh well, last time around for attempting to baby proof a Christmas tree!

Here are the boys at the Calvary Christmas Cantada last week. Luke loved the music and the only problem we had was when it stopped and he would shout "more more!"

Here's Lukie in the car on Thanksgiving morning. After watching the Macy's parade, we were on our way to the in-laws for a delicious brunch.

Grant was selected to participate in the Corpus select tournament for U9 boys over Thanksgiving break. The boys did awesome despite playing some tough teams. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching the boys participate in sports...these days are always my favorite days of the week!
Here we are, Will & I, at the 1st grade corn maze field trip. Lots to do there, a hay ride, feeding cows, shooting a corn cob gun, boat races, little train and the maze itself, which was cut into the shape of local congressman Ruben Hinojosa (kinda strange right?) Anyway we had a great time and I was so happy I was able to spend this time with Will & his peers.

Here is beautiful Violet konked out from our shopping trip to Frisco mall. Auntie ChooChoo (as she now calls me) had to take her to buy some girlie beads! Look at her perfect little lips! She's so adorable and I was so glad to spend time with her in Dallas last month.

Ahhh! My first attempt at Christmas shopping this year with Luke. This was also the day Lukie decided to grab a snow globe off the shelf at Kohl's, while he was in the cart, and chunk it across the main isle. It shatterd into a million wet, sticky fragments of glass. Oops! He looks so happy, sweet and innocent before the incident!
